The purpose of the Phone Skills Training Call is to measure an employee's performance of a clearly defined method taught to front desk personnel when answering patient phone calls. This allows us to define areas that are working well and those that may need some refinement.
A Phone Skills Training Call (PSTC) is a telephone call made by a representative of Katherine Eitel and Associates to your office in which that person "role plays" as someone with a dental problem in need of an appointment. The conversation is recorded. Katherine evaluates the call and provides a confidential written analysis and action plan.
